Week by week we send out our products and occasionally we have someone who is so happy with us that they let us know - it doesn't happen often. In this day and age it's something we tend to forget to do - let people know that we do appreciate them - when we value either a service or quality of an item. How refreshing it is when someone does actually make contact and let us know that we did a good job! Internet sales/purchases can be quick and easy and quite impersonal and we forget that there is someone at the other end trying to do a good job and select quality items to sell, and get the orders on the carrier quickly.
