PlayMais is - an excellent idea!

PlayMais can be a useful medium for both cross-curricular and dedicated activities including D.T., Science, Maths, Geography, and Art over Key Stages 1 & 2 and will reinforce and embed a wide variety of experience and learning.

PlayMais is - simple and complex, easy and difficult! (easy for youngsters to make simple models but more complex and intricate ones can be made by older children)

PlayMais can be shaped, pressed, cut and lots more. It sticks together when moistened, onto paper and card, for adding an extra dimension to painted pictures, on glass, for window pictures, and even on flowerpots!

PlayMais can also be connected using thread and small wooden sticks to make axles for cars or a mobile.

PlayMais will give most children a sense of accomplishment thanks to the infinite possibilities for model-making and fun.

How? - wet the cloth, squeeze it out, dab the PlayMais on it, then stick! Simple! It's up to the individual how simple and easy, or complex and difficult you make your models.
